  1. Apple: grate 1 apple and mix with liquid honey
    (35 ml). Put a thick layer on the face.
  2. Citrus-curd (multicomponent): fat cottage cheese (25 g),
    flaxseed oil (12 g), strong tea brewing (16 ml), parsley juice (16
    ml) and chopped zest of any citrus (8 g) mixed.
  3. Berry-fruit: mix 1 tbsp. l juice of any sweet berry
    (fruit) with 1 tsp. condensed milk. Apply to zones
    peeling.
